We came here straight from the airport in Goa, 20 mins, 500 r including tip. Lovely beach with restaurants all along, cows and dogs aplenty on the beach!! The cottage was typical straw built, pretty from the outside and basic inside. We didn’t book for breakfast but only had powdered milk (who has powdered milk in tea?). We arrived at 6.30am, couldn’t book in until 1 and were left high and dry! No offer of water, tea or coffee. This should be addressed! My main complaint is the cost through booking.com £200 for 2 nights!!! Not worth it. Won’t be using booking.com again while we’re here.

This hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport and it is right next to a clean and tidy beach lot many food options available near by to this hotel and they also serve room service which was good,the rooms are spacious and well maintained with all the required amenities equipped, they have a big garden area with few hammocks placed in the lawn, staff are very friendly and helpful, will surely come back and stay here in my next visit to Goa Highly recommended!!!

First things first ... The Positive: It is a pleasant place to stay, with EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY STAFF who do their utmost to fulfill your wishes and get troubles out of the way. The rooms are clean as is the surroundings where the cottages are located. The possibility to have breakfast under coconut palms and the proximity to the beach and to excellent restaurants are a highlight. BUT ... ... you're never be alone in India. What means at this point ... although I was traveling alone, I still had company in the room every night ... on the first night: a stinking beetle, on the second night: a really big cockroach and on the third night: a frog ... and therefore 4800 rupees per night are definitely too much ...

Booked directly through their website at discounted Rate after considering different options and found this place worth every penny...had never stayed at the cottages before so it was a different experience..the cottages are well equipped with all the required amenities..the staff at the reception have good knowledge to guide you with all tourist interests..the Best part is their location which is right on the beach..also the airport is very close by which is also an advantage...overall very much satisfied with the stay and their hospitality..many thanks to Beach Bay Cottages to make our trip to Goa a memorable one.

Perfect location but let down by huts, although spacious the mattress had a hole I. That looked chewed , manager changed it on his return a few days later, electrics are dodgy , bare wires and minor lecturing shock , blue tarpaulin on roofs , my mum stayed here in October previously and was told it was because of the monsoon and will be repaired but still there in March due to the monsoon , mentioned that it was not as the website showed and you can see through them so if it did rain you’d get soaked . Security guard and manager very helpful , young men were polite . The accomadation was expensive and poor compared to guesthouse next door... half the price and spotless . Breakfast served from a shack looking place very basic but enough
